The Rumwell Farm Shop has a great restaurant serving locally sourced food from their own farm and local area. There is table service and a good range of choice on the menu from a snack to a full meal, and they are open for breakfasts, lunch and a scrummy afternoon tea. When they reopen on 12 April their outside venue will be open until opening inside when allowed. Its bright with large windows (book a window table) and call in for anything from a coffee (with luscious cake) to a full on roast. My current favourite is the hot chicken salad. The service is excellent, and the costs very reasonable. It also gives you chance to mooch around the farm shop and apart from the fresh produce, I’ve bought some lovely gifts for people there too. Large car park with disabled spaces, and an outside play area for the grandkids.
