The Royal Savoy offers guests the opportunity to relax in its eternally warm weather, and to dine on the best cuisine on the island. Selected offers ensure the five star restaurant is as affordable as a British pub meal. Alternatively there are execellent local restaurants very close by that offer good food at delicious prices. Even whe full, at any time of the day, there is no problem in finding a spot anywhere you want, in the grounds, close to any of the pools. The fascinating town of Funchal is a short walk away, taxis are cheap and there are many interesting places to visit on the island. For walkers this is a paradise with so many Levada walks. This island is famed for its flowers and there are blooms all year round. What it does not have is discos, pubs and noise. Bliss.
