Stayed here for one night with my husband recently. One of the reasons I picked this place was because they offered a late check-in. I also requested a ground floor room, which is what we were allocated.

This is a charming place, we found staff to be very helpful and polite. Our room was lovely, with a great en-suite bathroom. The bed was as comfortable as our own at home! Although on a main road, there was no traffic noise to be heard. Absolutely no Wi-Fi signal though, so if you need that, this may not be the place for you.

We had a lovely breakfast in the morning. My only complaint would be that although they asked the night before what time we would like to have breakfast in the dining room (and took our orders), and we were there at the chosen time, it took them 20 minutes to get our breakfasts to us.

I would however recommend this hotel.
