Palace is a good name for this hotel as its size & opulent decor immediately give you a Palace feeling. Check in at reception needed a bit of haggling to get what we wanted i.e. 3 rooms together (well it is Turkey) but otherwise quite pleasant. The rooms are very spacious with a double & single bed in the room seeming to be the standard. There is also a nice size bathroom, fridge that is replenished daily, desk, tea & coffee making facilities plus safe. Free WiFi included but its pretty poor, often slow. A let down for such a high class hotel. Restaurants are good with the main buffet restaurant serving most of your needs but there are numerous other places inside & out at the hotel that mean food is available 24/7. The main Buffett is huge with a tremendous selection of food, all well prepared & presented. Unless you have some special dietary needs, it's hard to imagine anyone not being able to find a good meal here everyday. One night per week at one of the a la cart restaurants is included in the all inclusive package & we ate in Lal the Turkish restaurant which was outstanding. There is a large pool that snakes through most of the resort but the outside area is broken up into zones which helps hide he size of the resort. There are water slides, children's play area, fun fair, beach volleyball & many other things, plenty to amuse everyone. Drinks & snacks e.g. Melon slices are occasionally brought around the pool. There is a twice daily shuttle bus into Antalya for 5 Euros per person return. Local buses can be caught close to the hotel for 2 Euros return but they can get quite crowded. Probably the stand out thing at this hotel is the staff. Pretty much everyone smiles, says hello & provides great service. We'd definitely use this hotel again.
