When I reviewed this hotel in June I said we'd use this hotel again….& we did. I not one for returning to hotels time & again but wanted to explore the area a little more & had to stay here. I'll concentrate on the changes to my June experience. I was very disappointed not to be acknowledged as a repeat guest. Thomas Cook assured me my booking would be marked as such & even when I responded to my welcome at Reception with "its good to be back" no recognition whatsoever. They've added a Chinese chef to their already outstanding range of food available in the buffet, everything I tried was brilliant. Tried the Asian speciality restaurant this time, as well as the turkish, both outstanding. They have added a couple of girls who scoot around the pool area on rollerblades serving drinks & sometimes bringing round ice creams, well how could I refuse. So another great stay at this hotel.
