We visited the Royal Crown Derby Museum and Factory Shop on a recent stay in Derby. It was easy to find (with a big crown on the roof) and had its own car park. The Visitor Centre was welcoming and included a factory shop, coffee shop (1750'S tearoom) & museum which shows the company's history from 1750 to the present day.. They also run factory tours for which you need to book in advance, but check for times of tours and opening hours first. The museum houses the most comprehensive collection of Derby Porcelain to be seen anywhere in the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.
