The RHS newsletter informed us that there would be late night member only evenings in July, and on the only evening that we were both free, my husband and I got together with friends and went along. It was one of those beautiful summer evenings when the air is clear and the sunsets are rosy, just like the flowers! The rose garden was in fact in full bloom and looking magnificent. In the greenhouse a choir was singing , and we sat on the hill listening to the music and eating icecream at 7.30pm, and it was a moment to remember in a very patchy summer. Thank you RHS Wisley for a superb evening out.
