Looking for a restaurant on a Saturday in early January was virtually impossible. I called four restaurants and none could accommodate and then I remembered I'd heard good reviews about Madeira on Camden Road in Tunbridge Wells. Although the restaurant was really busy they found us a table and the four of us had a lovely surprising Portuguese meal. We were all surprised and pleased with our choices (salt cod particularly good) and the wine was exceptional.
