This was our first visit to any Premier Inn and so we were uncertain what it would be like. However, we are true converts now to the Premier Inn chain! The Euston hotel is just across the road from Euston Station and therefore incredibly handy for anyone arriving from the Virgin West Coast trainline. The welcome we received when we arrived at the hotel was the friendliest we had ever encountered anywhere! Several of the staff stood in front of the reception desk welcoming new guests and wishing other guests a good day as they passed through reception and this happened on every day of our stay. In fact every member of staff we met spoke to us and asked how we were.
The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We chose to pay for the breakfast and this was equal to anything offered by any 4* hotel.
The value for money was excellent and the friendliness and courtesy of the staff together with the close proximity to Euston all contributed to a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
