Having stayed at expensive hotels in Leicester Square before, I was delighted to find that Premier Inn had a newly opened one there. We had stayed at a Premier Inn before and found it very satisfactory. As we planned to see a West End show Leicester Square was very nearby. We were able to find the hotel without any problems despite reviews saying it was hard to find. It is situated in a very large corner building, the sign over the door is easy to spot. From the entrance door, we had to take a lift to the second floor and reception. We were cheerfully greeted and checked in withing minutes. Our room was on the forth floor, and the room key activates the lift, there is also a security door again using our room key to get through before our room, I found this very reassuring. Our room was clean and comfortable, there was extra pillows and could ask for more if needed. The bed and linen extremely clean and comfortable. Air Con was provided and this was not the usual blast of icy cold air but a more controlled output. There was one small window which could not open and the view was of the wall opposite, this did not bother us as other hotels in the area are just the same. The bathroom was very clean, no bath just shower which again was not a problem to us. Towels nice and fluffy. WiFi available at a charge if needed, telephone, flat screen TV, and hairdryer, tea and coffee all included. We did not eat our evening meal there but could have they also have a 24 hour bar. We slept well, no noise from landing, rooms or outside. We took breakfast which is all you can eat, including fried breakfast, cereal, juice, tea, coffee and toast. Continental breakfast available too. We had no cause to complain and the staff were very caring and polite. We will stay there again when in London without hesitation. All in all well pleased with Premier Inn.
