The opening of this new venue on the prom at Colwyn Bay has been eagerly awaited. Based on our recent visit the wait was well worth it.

Chef Bryn Williams has chosen this iconic new building as the location for his much anticipated return to his hometown where he first trained.

The impressive menu fully exploits the fabulous local produce available from across North Wales and is well executed and presented. Despite the quality of the food and service prices were very modest and the whole experience was extremely good value for money.
