Would thoroughly recommend the House on the Props, Polperro.
It was our first visit to this charming fishing village, which we found to be not only quaint and picturesque, but also welcoming in ambience.
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the House on the Props, which served not only a wonderful pot of tea made to our liking (not very often the case) but also good, fresh and tasty food. We ordered a sausage sandwich and it did not disappoint. The bread was home made and very appetising, with a large filling of scrumptious sausages, one with chutney on the filling and one with chutney on the side as we had requested.
The waitress was friendly, charming and efficient.
With such competition in a small village, this eaterie is doing all the right things to ensure a continuation of customers.
