A lovely country inn overlooking the Carmarthenshire countryside. We visited on a Saturday when you ordered from the menu (other nights they do Specials). A varied menu also had Specials on the blackboard. We were in a group of 4 all ordering different meals, they all arrived at the same time with loads of vegetables in separate dishes. I had chicken and leek pie with chips, my wife had the same but with mash, and our friends had the same but with fried potatoes. All in all it was a well-cooked and very enjoyable meal, the desserts were a bit of a disappointment with 3 ordering trifle which was just jelly and custard with cream piped around the top. I had a mint cheesecake which was very tasty.
