Booking hotels in major cities, all of which have been good or excellent to stay in.
Personal service if you have to change things last minute. Unfailingly pleasant about it.
Keeping me calm when the recent threat of an RMT strike meant I might not have a train to London.
What they don’t do is organise your time where you stay, or offer more than very basic advice – this is OK by me as you can get all this from the Net or guidebooks.
