We enjoyed a two night stay in this excellent hotel. Well located over the bridge from Big Ben and in view of the Great Wheel. Buses left only a few yards away to all the major attractions that London has to offer. Without exception the staff were professional and very friendly. The breakfasts were buffet style and set us up for the day.The breakfast room became the Spectrum restaurant later in the day where the food was cooked to perfection. The location ,accommodation,food & staff all combined to make our stay memorable & we would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
