We stayed here for just the one night as Northampton was a convenient location to meet up with my Sister on her travels. The hotel were offering a very reasonable deal. At an overview level I'd put it in the Premier Inn bracket both in terms of the price & the standard of accommodation. The hotel is very bright & modern. The rooms very very clean & comfortable but in addition to the normal things like TV, hairdryer etc. that you would find at a Premier Inn, in room safe, iron & ironing board and Wi-Fi were all thrown in for free. There is a charge for the car park though. We ate in the restaurant that night & for breakfast the next morning & was very impressed with the standard of both meals. Staff were polite & helpful (Pooja particularly) & I enjoyed my brief stay here. A few points to mention: Sat Navs seem to have difficulty finding the hotel, so make sure you have looked at a map & have the location clearly in your mind, its the turning before the bus garage. It is right next to the Bus Garage & frankly in a bit of a scruffy area of Northampton but the soundproofing is very good, so I slept really well. Stoke Bruerne is just a few miles away, so you can get out of the city and sit by the canal in tranquil surroundings. Good value for money & I'd use this hotel again.
