This is a spacious Moroccan-style hotel with many 5-star features. The entrance and reception areas are on a grand scale and the rooms (with pool or sea views) are excellent and comfortable. The pools and garden area are extensive and very attractive and lead to a large private beach. Staff are friendly and helpful but some with limited English – but this was not a problem. The large, main restaurant served buffet-style breakfast and dinner with a wide range of international choices – and a separate restaurant serving Morrocan food in the evenings.
Note that this hotel is ‘dry’ – but other nearby hotels and restaurants offer an alternative night out! These are not expensive and the local mini-taxi service is cheap and reliable. The hotel area is 14km from the airport (approx £20-25 taxi)Altogether this was a relaxing and tranquil experience with excellent weather in November and if you get a low-season tariff it is excellent value.
