Reasons for trip

A lovely weekend in Norwich … not what I was expecting at all!! What a lovely City. Very clean.

Open top bus to see the many sites around the City … 2 cathedrals, a castle plus numerous heritage sites. Would have loved to have time to do the Plantation Garden but ran out of time!

We found an area that was purely dining, entertainment and pubs. Usual mix of Nando’s, Pizza Hut, Chiquitos, Italian, Wetherspoons and many more. Bowling, Cinema etc

We did have a lovely walk along the river, was very pleasant and had some lovely bridges. Very tranquil and can even stop at a pub for a bite to eat and a pint.

The City Centre has it’s usual array of shops, but it also has The Lanes area that have more varied shops that aren’t on the High Street.

Was very surprised and hope to return.
