My first visit to Norwich, to visit family who recently moved there, was a pleasure from start to finish! Such a compact city with a plethora of museums catering for all ages and a good bus service. Lovely parks and gardens, every shop you could need including independents and many enticing tea rooms and restaurants.
Although a slow walker I found so much of the city is flat and the hill to the Castle well worth the climb! In spite of being understandably attractive to tourists there is a gentle pace of life there and everyone seems to have time for older people and to willingly answer queries.
I can’t wait to go again!
