Having about €20 left from our holiday we called in here before our sailing to Portsmouth on Brittany Ferries. At 12 Quai Charcot it is just a short drive to the ferry terminal, is open daily 10-10 and there is parking outside the shop.
It is a pleasant well laid out shop with an excellent choice of French wines at prices to suit all budgets as well as some Normandy cider and perry and beers. They do have a few wines from other countries.
We were spoilt for choice and the proprietor was helpful and spoke English. The holiday money was soon spent and the credit card needed to make up the balance. We came back with rather more wine than intended, none of it available in our local supermarkets and at a very reasonable cost. We reckon we would be paying at least double for a similar quality in UK.
