My friend and I were with a coach party visiting Keukenhof and the Floriade which we enjoyed in spite of changeable weather but the hotel was disappointing. Some of the staff clearly considered serving coach passengers was beneath their dignity e.g. when I saw that some tables were marked "reserved" Iwent over to see if it was for our party and was shouted at very rudely and gestured to an unreserved table in a way that indicated that coach parties don't merit reserved tables. We had been pleasantly surprised to find a hospitality tray in our room but when my friend asked for milk to put in her coffee she was treated as a nuisance and charged 2 euros each evening for a small jug of milk.
