It is not easy to decide which hotel you can book for your holiday when planning to Kenya along the coast at Mombasa. We visited many hotels with different reviews but we were beaten up with excellent reviews from different hotels.
As a couple we last decided to hook our holiday stay at Neptune Beach Resort in Bamburi, Mombasa. Very nice and cool hotel .they had very friendly staff always smiling. Jambo greetings from almost every working staff.-enjoyed it.
If you want excellent service from friendly, helpful staff, peace and quiet with no much problems visit this hotel to do things (though there are things to do if you would like to) this is the place for you. Take cash money either pounds or dollars as it is easier to book safari with these. We did our safari with Josephine of Prince adventure tours and travel Kenya and she asked us to pay confirmation fees of 100 British Sterling pounds through western union and to our surprise we received our receipt and the balance we paid on arrival at the hotel reception, we booked there saving lots of money [have value for money] and had a great and credible safari with them. We did 4 days 3 nights Tsavo East/Tsavo West and Amboseli. Our driver Jackson was really helpful and knowledgeable and very fun all through the safari with much experience in heating the most hot spots for animals as he had told as before starting the safari beyond what we imagined.
