Regular holiday

A good small ship but needs to be looked at regards amenities for the age group it covers mostly older no children. Lacks some personal touches in the public areas and cabins e.g. number of toilets, lack of films, small library only open certain times, WFI expensive but not always available no refunds on this chargeable item, no extra hooks in cabins, no fridge. No food after 10.00pm anywhere, one station only open for tea, coffee and water 24/7 right up on the top deck. Lack of information regards cameras settings for the Northern Lights, expensive trips at ports of call. Lack of information on ports of call when docking no maps etc. supplied in the daily sheet left in cabin. Crew members were able to talk in there own language around passengers, not good practice. General cleanliness of the ship was very good, but did find dirty ladies smalls in the Captains Lounge on floor after our evening meal. Not good, asked a waiter to remove but was not very willing. Food in the restaurants and waiters very good. Food in the buffet reasonable sometimes not hot, cleared away at specific times, no leeway no food after certain times. Ship in general for a small one passable. Will have to think carefully if used again. Perhaps I have been spoilt travelling with other Cruise Liners, big and small who seem to cater for needs more professionally.
