We stayed here after our trip to Tatton Park, and we were delighted to find we had a reserved parking space. Upon checking in we were told we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was a real treat. We had dinner at the hotel, and enjoyed a stroll round the expansive grounds before retiring for the night.
There is a golf course here, and a spa, although we didn’t have the time to check these out.
Breakfast was good, and our stay was over all too quickly.
Two points travellers need to be aware of is that there is no lift, and no air conditioning in the rooms. Of course a porter will take your bags to your room, but after coming down the 46 stairs for breakfast or dinner, you don’t want to find that you’ve left your glasses in your room!
Regarding the air con, there was a fan in the room, so it wasn’t too bad.
