I thoroughly read through all the booking bumph for my previously-paid-for flight to Lanzarote. None of the obvious links to manage accounts etc gave me the info I wanted. I sent an email to customer services and within minutes a reply came back telling me how to obtain a full breakdown of my booking – I couldn’t remember if I had booked suitcases in both directions! And yes, there was the link to the full rather than summary accounts. I might knock off half a star for not making this easier to find but anyway – well done Monarch (and even why are suitcases not listed as part of my booking?) Not the first time I have flown with Monarch and hopefully not the last time.
