We recently stayed at the Mill hotel in Sudbury, a few days before lockdown 2. We had breakfast, dinner and board for one night. The hotel is conveniently situated for walks, either round the town or rural. The food was very good. The restaurant is pleasant and relaxing with the working water wheel within the building. All the staff are friendly, they looked after us very well. If I must be picky……the room was not quite as clean as I would like, especially as deep cleaning is meant to be going on.
