Stayed here early September 2019. Large old-fashioned hotel with lots of history and character. Decoration and furniture are dated, but clean and tidy throughout. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Best thing was unlimited free use of pool, jacuzzi and wet and dry sauna rooms, which we often had just to ourselves. Reasonable bar prices and good food (able to cater for all kinds of different diets). Great base with ample free parking for exploring mid-Wales.
