We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and my birthday but my husband had broken his ankle so we were somewhat limited. Found this hotel on the internet and it was superb. The staff were so accommodating, because my husband could not walk much, they gave us a fabulous double room with a large bay window overlooking the Thames, with the old Marlow bridge to the left, the weir to the right and a church opposite. He could sit in a comfortable chair and enjoy himself looking out the window whilst I strolled over the bridge into the town of Marlow which was a delight. In the evenings we ate in Bowaters Restaurant, Michelin starred – Saturday night's Beef Wellington was definitely the best I have ever tasted. Fabulous place to stay and we both highly recommend it.
