Walking

We absolutely love it here and usually go twice a year with all the grandchildren and our extended families for a reunion.

We always stay in an "Executive" villa which gives you daily maid service, a dishwasher, dvd player etc – well worth it. Most of the accommodation was refurbished or being refurbished last time we went.

We have hired a baby-sitter twice and been very happy both times – the second time a lovely lady ( – she was actually a childminder) during the day so that all the adults could visit the spa at the Aqua Sana together which was great! We have also used the "Bumblebees" nursery several times for our younger grandchildren and found all the staff to be kind and very professional.

If you don't want to walk for miles then you can take the land train, I personally would recommend choosing a villa in the central region, close to all the action. But the Forrest is beautiful to walk through if you feel up to a stroll.

We always all feel as though we've been away for far longer than our three nights as we all leave refreshed and invigorated!
