Tucked away in the corner of Covent Garden this is a little gem. Charting the history of London Transport, it has quite a few vehicles, posters & items, backed up with write ups on displays or screens to explain the development of the service. Some of the displays are interactive & a lot of the vehicles can be entered. The ticket was valid for 12 months but I was there for about 4 hours, which was enough to see it all thoroughly. I'm unlikely to go back within 12 months but its a good system if you work nearby & wanted to go in the lunch break. Also has a look at the future direction things may go. Overall well worth a visit to see & learn about buses, tubes & taxis that have become icons of London. Probably lacks the Wow factor of the bigger museums, bit still well worth it.
