For shame Warners! You admit that compensation is due to our disabled Parkinson group for stress caused on our spoilt 4 day break at Littlecote House in Dec. 2014 yet are unwilling to pay a fair amount.

Your low offer of £21.66 per person per day is for 7hrs every day for 3 consecutive days when it was impossible for us to enjoy the facilities due to severe overcrowding of the public areas, in a hotel already full, by 300+ day trippers on “Christmas lunch” excursions.

Parkinsons sufferers have restricted mobility, cannot manoevre in crowds and become very anxious. You have NOT honoured your contract with us as knowing our group was disabled you did NOT tell us in advance of these day trippers. Where was the necessary “care and attention”?

Our group had visited in May 2014, we loved it, we re-booked for our Christmas break and now we feel that your compensation offered does not adequately reflect the disappointment we are now experiencing and certainly has made us think twice about ever visiting again.

This has been a long protracted issue and needs to be resolved PROMPTLY!! It certainly does not reflect well on Warners as a company that should be caring.
