There are lots of individual reviews of the various Warner hotels but I wanted to write a more general review of the company and their ethos.

My wife and I have visited quite a few Warner Leisure Hotels and the service at every one of them have been exemplary. From the moment they pick up the phone when you make a booking to the individuals you meet at the hotels, the service has been one of calm efficiency, every wish and query is met with a smile and, if needed, they will go out of their way to make sure your needs are covered.

Before you even start to make your booking you know the standard of service you are going to get and the facilities you will be offered. This is not a one price fits all type of operation where you are treated like cattle and herded where they want you to be. With Warners everyone is a first class guest and things are organised to be for your pleasure.

Most of the time we choose to use them as a well earned rest and often go out and visit places in the local area, however there are always plenty of things you can do and mingle with the other guests if you want to stay withing the hotel and grounds.

Highlights of every trip we have done: Calm efficiency in an adults only environment plenty to see and do with the entertainment, walks, gardens, etc. Fantastic food, specialist talks and behind the scenes visits at many of the hotels. First class entertainment in the evenings.
