My wife and myself had a really relaxing holiday in this small seaside town about 40 mins drive from Venice airport.
Sitting on a canal about 10 minutes walk to the beach.Lots of walking, great restaurants in the town.
You could get a boat up the canals, or cycle ( the hotel as them free for guests)
The food at the hotel was very good.
