Over 250 stalls, selling all sorts of foods, drinks, gifts, etc., plus entertainment such as carols in the Cathedral, street theatre and the like. However, Saturday was very, very, crowded and the walk up Steep Hill to reach the Cathedral was a major expedition, as it was shoulder to shoulder all the way! Perhaps a visit on a different day would have been more enjoyable. Lincoln itself is quite pretty, the area around Brayford Pool is lovely, there's even a floating restaurant. And of course there's the cathedral and the castle which are great to visit.
