We were in Dielette, Normandy on our boat in June and L’Escale was only doing lunch & dinner. We did have lunch which was fine. However the pay-off came that evening when everyone had the Moules frites – this is very much L’Escale’s ‘piece de resistance’.
Believe me, however you have them, (try them with wine and shallots) you will be pleased you did!
