This is our sixth consecutive year visiting Stresa, fifth year at Hotel La Palma. Hotel La Palma is a wonderful family run hotel and we always go half-board because the food is so good. Stresa is a vibrant commune with fantastic ferry links to many other towns including some in Switzerland. Trains and busses are also easy to use.
Today we are renting a car and will drive almost fully around the lake.
