Relaxation

Both my husband and myself were in need of rest and relaxation. We chose to go to a golf resort in Spain as recommended by friends. La Torre is situated on a Polaris World Golf course in the murcia region of Spain. Cheap flights to Murcia are available from Easyjet and we also hired a car so we could explore the area. The apartment is set in a modern gated complex with immaculate landscaped gardens. A lift carried us to our third floor penthouse apartment which was very comfortable. With 2 terraces and great views of the 3 pools we often enjoyed our breakfast and a couple of glasses of wine whilst watching the sun set. There are 2 bedrooms one double and one twin with fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawers and cupboards to store clothes. The kitchen contains the usual appliances plus a microwave and a washing machine. Ideal if like us you only take hand luggage on the flight. A fridge with ice box and a cool box is available to take out for an al fresco picnic.

The sitting room has wide screen tv, wi fi, leather sofa and chairs and a dining room table and chairs if you fancy eating in one night. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Towels are supplied and so is the bed linen. In fact everything is supplied down to pegs to peg out your laundry and a pizza cutter for your pizza!
