Visited La Joya twice once for lunch and used their very good value 3 course set menu and a few days later for dinner. My wife and daughter are Vegan and this restaurant has 3 different Vegan main courses on the full menu and at least one on the lunch menu. They tried 2 of them Moroccan chickpea tagine and Red curry with tofu. They also have vegan starters and sides and a lovely vegan ice cream. We were too full to try Vegan chocolate cake. I am not Vegan and there was a good choice of interesting main dishes the Beef Ghoulash with mash potato was superb. The staff are very good and happy to advise on dietary needs and happy to adapt dishes to suit. La Joya describe themselves as Polish Mediterranean. A great find in Nerja.
