We had booked a villa holiday in Tias,Tenerife (February 2017)& was very concerned that there didn’t appear to be any decent restaurants within walking distance.
However we discovered La Esquina – the food & service was so good we actually ended up eating there for 4 of the 7 nights we were on holiday!
It was a pasta & pizza restaurant with a few other items on the menu plus daily specials which the waitress would tell you about.
Our waitress Silvia was brilliant, helpful, efficient, friendly with just the right amount of interaction which was one of the reasons we returned.
The food was superb, the quality was totally unexpected and the price was so reasonable (even the wine!).
The venue (& toilet facilities) were very clean and there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant area.
We mainly stayed with pasta dishes, one of which we both loved which was a Thai Pasta dish, absolutely delicious! Another was spaghetti Bolognese with a fried egg.
