I am getting terrible customer service from KLM. After a 22 hr delay during which no one from the airline even had the decency to speak to the customers, they offer me a refund, ask me to send bank details to claim refund, but APPARENTLY no one at KLM has an email that I can send the requested info to, even though the offer of refund was emailed to me!!! But after wasting over another 3 hours today on the phone trying to get a simple email I am repeatedly told by the totally unhelpful call handler “NO ONE AT KLM HAS AN EMAIL”. Really?
