This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated within easy walking distance of Javea port and its bars and retaurants. The accommodation is ideal for 4 people – the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional shower room. The open plan living/dining room has two comfortable sofas and a tv offering cable channels. The kitchen has adequate crockery/cutlery etc
Through french windows is a covered terrace with a large table and 6 chairs and beyond that is an additional very spacious patio area where there are 4 sunbeds. There were new mattresses in a store cupboard to use with these. From this area is a gate into the beatutifully maintained garden and pool area. The nicest thing about this particular apartment is that it is in a small block of no more than 20 or so apartments and is therefore very peaceful. Parking was not a problem and we were able to walk to the Arenal beach as well as to the old town on the hill.
