The thing about the Isle of Man is it draws you back to see more. One visit doesn’t do it justice. I recommend taking your own transport or hire a car. It’s a much bigger Island than you think and although there are buses and trams they don’t go everywhere. When exploring keep in mind many of the ‘little’ roads are narrow with sharp bends so you need to take special care away from the main roads. Except for the built up areas there is no maximum speed limit!
Also be prepared to walk and explore the many footpaths and trails leading to some amazing places. If you want mountains, lakes, forests, plains, empty beaches, wild nature, even Wallabies! Yes, little Kangaroos, the Isle of Man has it all.
