This hotel in on a purpose built hospitality site, so there are many hotels and retaurants, which casn be a bit off putting. However, for an overnight stay en route to/from the channel ports and the South of France or Spain, it is ideal. The staff are all very professional and many speak English. The rooms are spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed to provide everything essential, plus some added extras such as desk light over computer space, good bedside lights (a rarity in our experience) and an immaculte bathroom. Parking is free outside and the hotel iseasily reached from the motorway. The buffet for starters and desserts is extensive and the fixed menu at €20 is excellent value. We were only disappointed that we were charged €3 for a bottle of mineral water, so ask for tap water. Downstairs rooms open directly onto a terrrace and do not have a separate window, which might be a security risk. However, if you ask for a first floor room, that would not be a problem. We had to postpone our stay three times as the weather in UK was too bad for us to get home, and the hotel were very accommodating about it. We have used the hotel twice now, and will return. We did not take breakfast as we felt €9.50 very expensive. Tea and coffee supplies are a bit meagre, but no doubt you could ask for more.
