We stayed at the Hyatt Dulles airport after a flight from the UK and were very impressed. We had stayed at several other airport hotels at Dulles on previous visits to the US and this was our best stay and will be where we stay in future.
We liked the fact that the website had told us the times of the shuttle bus – previous hotels had not given times so we waited without knowing when to start looking. When we arrived we were greeted and checked into an upgraded room without any waiting by a very friendly gentleman who explained about breakfast and where everything was etc. (the pool was pleasantly warm). The room was large, clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi.
We slept very well and enjoyed our breakfast – better than most airport hotels. The hotel then arranged a taxi for us and checked us out swiftly. All in all could not fault anything – all the staff were great and we will be back on our next visit.
