I have never stayed in a hotel with more friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was spotless the rooms lovely and the beds really comfortable. The meals were great and if you had a problem with any of the courses they tried to give you an alternative. The indoor pool was very welcome as it was very hot while we ere there. Sadly Austrian hotel do not have air conditioning but overall a lovely experience.
