Relaxation

We used this due to the proximity to the cruise port. The hotel is situated in a lovely square just off La Rambla so the location was ideal for us. The staff were helpful on arrival and the reception area was clean and well maintained. The hotel is served by a small 4 person lift, needed if you have heavy cases as the stairs were steep and narrow.

The room was functional, a small old flat screen tv, the multi socket hung down onto one of the 5 beds in the room, the furnishings were old and sparse, blank white walls, no pictures or decoration but with a nice view over the square. The bathroom had a decent shower and towels.

We stopped 2 nights after a cruise as we didn’t want to rush off the ship to the airport, would I personally go for a longer break there, probably not but for a group it would provide basic accommodation in the main tourist area.

Safes are near reception and cost 2.50Eu per day.

A cold continental breakfast and baggage storage is provided.
