Reasons for trip

I went to Rome with a group of 6 people. 2 couples stayed at the Domus Trevi and we stayed at the Arpinelli Relais, a beautiful, restored palazzo, 2 minutes away from the Trevi Fountain. The accommodation was superb, very reasonable and the owners very helpful in making recommendations for local restaurants and sights. I would absolutely recommend the accommodation as it was very reasonable given the location and access to all the sights in Rome.

Rome is a fantastic place to visit with so many amazing sights to see. I would also recommend a private tour of the Vatican museums- bargain with the sales people to get a good price, though! I’ve done the tour on my own as well, but the guide was very interesting and pointed out a lot of details on the exhibits and was very informative.
The bus tour around the city is excellent as you get to see all the major sights.

All in all, a great trip!
