We have recently returned from five nights stay at The Hotel Nautilus located in Tabor Old Square an hour south of Prague. Tabor is well worth a detour to on your way through the Czech Republic. We felt that Nautilus was the best hotel in Tabor with a very relaxed individual boutique feel throughout. We had a lovely double room overlooking the main square, with a large sofa and good shower in the ensuite bathroom. The staff were friendly with good English speaking Receptionists, which is unusual in Tabor. There is plenty to do and see in Tabor over a few days – we particularly enjoyed the Hussite Museum and the tour of the underground historical tunnels.
