This is well located in the centre of la Paz, within walking distance of city centre attractions.

It is a large modern hotel. Reception is large and stylish with a water feature with bar area to one side and computers with internet. There is a shop and hairdressing salon beyond.

Reception was efficient and helpful with a good command of English.

We had a large and very comfortable room with huge bed with lots of pillows. There were two easy chairs, plenty of working space, big wardrobe and mini bar and fridge. The large bathroom had separate heating , including floor heating. There were plenty of toiletries, good supply of towels and fluffy towelling bath robes .

There was a good room service menu and oxygen was available if requested.

Breakfast was self service in the Euro Bistro cafe, which served meals all day. We used this for our evening meal. It was a good menu with wide choice of dishes. Soups were 10-25 bolivianos, mains from 40.

Waiters were young, keen and friendly.

In many ways this is an unexciting place to stay. It lacked character but offered understated service and comfort.
