We stayed at the Es Moli for 10 days in July this summer, it was perfect. The beautiful building is in an elevated position set in gorgeous gardens which were immaculately kept. The stunning views of the lovely village of Deia with the sea in the background were so delightful, I used to sit on our balcony early each morning with my cup of tea and pinch myself that it was real. Most importantly for us, the Es Moli was a peaceful retreat from the madness in this world, we loved it so much. Breakfast was taken on the smaller terrace of the two, a beautiful huge fig tree in the centre provided adaquate shade from the early morning hot sun. Dinner was a delightful experience served on the main terrace of the hotel, food was excellent, all the staff were friendly and professional, we simply could not fault it.
Es Moli may not be suitable for anyone infirm as it is in a hilly area, however it is not isolated, the village of Deia is a 15 minute walk, a good bus system stops just below the hotel which will take you to Soller, Valdemosa and Palma, therefore easy to explore if you are able to tear yourself away from the lovely Es Moli. If you are fit and active the area is very popular for walking holidays.
